It generates them from your data, in the tax agency's official file format and as a PDF, from the Empresario plan. Filing them is down to you or your accountant: Factuarea does not file on your behalf.

Current VAT rates, income tax withholding and the equivalence surcharge. You can set which ones are the defaults for each document type so you don't pick them one by one.

The invoice is issued with whatever treatment applies (intra-EU, export or reverse charge) by choosing the right tax on the line. If you're not sure which case is yours, check with your accountant: that isn't the software's call.

Yes, in two ways. Exporting the invoices to Excel for whatever period they ask for, or giving them access: from the Empresario plan there is multi-company management and users with roles, so your accountant works on their part without sharing your password.

Not on their own. A filed invoice is not edited: if something was wrong it gets a credit note, and that credit note carries its own date. That's why what you declared back then can be reconstructed exactly as it was.
