What happens if I exceed Esencial's 500 documents?

The next document is stopped and you are shown your current usage and limit. There is no extra charge and your plan is not changed automatically; everything you already issued stays untouched. You can move up to Profesional or wait for your next subscription year to begin.

Are there any costs on top of the plan?

From Profesional, each active company managed for a client adds a seat at €15 a month plus VAT in a separate monthly subscription. Employee access is an add-on subject to availability and commercial terms. API throughput follows the contracted plan. VeriFactu, the API, MCP and updates are included.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes. Moving up is immediate and only the prorated difference is charged; moving down takes effect when the paid period ends if your usage fits the lower plan. If you cancel, you keep access until that same date and your data is not deleted automatically: you can download your documents.

How is the plan charged, and is VAT added?

Prices exclude VAT. Monthly billing is paid month by month; annual billing is paid upfront: €94.80 on Esencial, €238.80 on Profesional and €478.80 on Avanzado, plus VAT. €7.90, €19.90 and €39.90 are their monthly equivalents. Enterprise per contract. There is no introductory price that rises on renewal.

The plan is billed on the schedule you choose. Each client company is billed monthly.

The first company sets the billing date

Adding your first company starts the portfolio's monthly billing cycle.

Later companies only pay for the remaining days

If you add another company during the month, you only pay from that day until the next renewal.

No client company is charged during the ten-day trial. If you deactivate one, it will not be charged at the next renewal. The period already paid is not refunded. Prices exclude VAT.
