The plan is billed on the schedule you choose. Each client company is billed monthly.
The first company sets the billing date
Adding your first company starts the portfolio's monthly billing cycle.
Later companies only pay for the remaining days
If you add another company during the month, you only pay from that day until the next renewal.
No client company is charged during the ten-day trial. If you deactivate one, it will not be charged at the next renewal. The period already paid is not refunded. Prices exclude VAT.

The year runs from the day you sign up, not from January. Supplier invoices you record do not use up quota. And voiding an invoice does not give its slot back: the fiscal trail is permanent.
