What if a customer with that tax ID already exists?

Factuarea checks whether the tax ID already exists in your company and prevents creating a second customer with the same identifier. Use search to find the existing record.

Can I manage services as well as products?

Yes. Save services with a description, reference, price and taxes, then select them when preparing documents. You do not need to manage stock to invoice a service.

Does the catalogue include stock management?

The catalogue and stock management are separate features. Stock movements and alerts are available when your company has the inventory module enabled. Check the features in your plan.
