No. There are administrator, user and employee roles. The administrator also configures tax details, series, VeriFactu, users and the subscription; the user works with documents, customers, purchases and the team; the employee only enters their portal. There are no custom permissions per module.

Can I split the numbering by branch or by business line?

Yes, through separate series for invoices, quotes, delivery notes and proformas. Each series can have its own prefix, starting number and format. The number is assigned when you issue, and once a series has been used, details that affect numbering are locked to preserve the sequence.

Is working-time tracking a separate purchase?

The module is included in the Empresario plan. Employee access is offered as an add-on, subject to availability and commercial configuration. Employees can clock several stretches a day, review their working time and request leave; the company reviews incidents and closes the month.

Does it connect to our accounting software?

There are currently no direct accounting-software connectors or exports in an accounting format. API and webhooks are available for a custom integration, as are the quarterly file and tax drafts. If you need a ready-made accounting connector, this product is not yet the right fit.
