1Website owner
In accordance with article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (LSSI-CE), the service provider's details are set out below:

The DNI/NIF belongs to an individual. The owner is not a company, so there is no registered corporate name, share capital or incorporation data to declare: «Factuarea» is the name under which they trade.
The provider's address appears in the table above, together with the email address and phone number for direct and effective communication with the owner.
The same article requires the provider's name. Where the provider is an individual, that name is their full legal name, not the trading name they operate under; hence two rows and not one.
2Registrations, authorisations and codes of conduct
Article 10 asks for a few further details which, in this case, either do not apply or do not exist:
Companies register
Registration with the Registro Mercantil is optional for a sole trader (article 19 of the Código de Comercio) and there is no record of it having been made. There are therefore no registration details to publish.
Administrative authorisation
Providing information society services is not subject to prior authorisation (article 6 of the LSSI-CE). There is no authorisation or supervisory body to declare on that ground.
Regulated profession
Developing and running an invoicing application is not a regulated profession, so there is no professional body, membership number or academic qualification to declare.
Codes of conduct
There is no record of the owner having signed up to any code of conduct. Should they sign up to one, it would be published in this section along with how to consult it electronically.
Prices
Plan prices are published permanently and free of charge on the pricing page, stating expressly that they are shown excluding VAT.
3Purpose and scope of this notice
This notice governs access to and use of factuarea.com: the pages describing the product, the guides, the tax calendar, the calculators and the contact form.
This website is not the application. You cannot sign in to an account or issue an invoice from here: the application is at app.factuarea.com and its use is governed by the Terms and conditions of the service, not by this document.
Browsing the site makes you a user of it and means accepting this notice in the version published at the time of access.
4Conditions of access and use
Access to the site is free of charge, other than the cost of your connection. No registration is needed to read any of its pages.
Anyone using it undertakes to do so in accordance with the law, this notice and good faith, and in particular:
- not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties;
- not to introduce or spread viruses or any program capable of damaging systems;
- not to attempt to access restricted areas or the systems of the owner or of third parties;
- not to reproduce the content in bulk or by automated means, nor to deliberately overload the site's infrastructure;
- to give truthful details when writing in through the contact form.
The owner may withdraw access from anyone who breaches these conditions, without prior notice and without any right to compensation arising from it.

«Factuarea», its logo and its distinctive signs belong to the owner.
Third-party trade marks, logos and trade names appearing on the site (those of the programs and services Factuarea integrates with or is compared against) belong to their respective owners and are reproduced solely to identify them. Their presence implies no sponsorship, endorsement or relationship whatsoever between those companies and Factuarea.
You may consult, print and download the content for personal and private use. Any other use (reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming it) requires the owner's written permission.
6Informational content and liability
The guides, the tax calendar and the calculators on this site are informational material. They are prepared carefully and cite their sources, but they are not tax, accounting or legal advice, and they replace neither a professional nor a check against the official source.
The rules change. The owner endeavours to keep the information up to date and to correct any errors found, but cannot guarantee that all content is current at all times, nor is the owner liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of what is published here.
Nor is the site guaranteed to be available without interruption or free of technical errors. Nothing in this section limits the rights the law grants to consumers or the liability the law imposes on the owner.
7Links to third-party sites
Some pages link to sites the owner does not control: services Factuarea integrates with, technical documentation and social media profiles.
Those links are offered as further information. They do not mean the owner approves of or shares their content, and the owner is not liable for it, for its availability or for how those sites process personal data, which is governed by their own terms.
If a link leads to unlawful or inappropriate content, an email is enough for it to be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed.
Linking to this site needs no permission, provided the link leads to the full page, does not reproduce it inside a frame and does not suggest a relationship that does not exist. Use of the logo or the trade mark does require consent.

The personal data the owner receives directly from this site comes from the contact form.

10Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
For disputes concerning the use of this site, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the law. Consumers retain in all cases the forum the law grants them, which is that of their own place of residence.
The application's terms have their own applicable law and jurisdiction clause. In everything relating to the service, the Terms and conditions prevail.
