All three are the same application. What changes is how many people get in, how many documents you issue per year and which advanced modules you have: Emprendedor goes up to 500 documents a year, Empresario makes them unlimited with up to ten users, and Enterprise removes every cap.

Yes, whenever you want: there's no lock-in. When you change plan, the new price applies from the following cycle.

On Emprendedor you go from €9.90 to €6.90 a month, and on Empresario from €24.90 to €18.90. That's €36 and €72 less per year. Prices exclude VAT.

Emprendedor is single-user. Empresario goes up to ten, with roles to decide who sees and touches what, and Enterprise has no cap. The time-tracking module on Empresario bills employees separately.

Yes, and on all three plans: there's a REST API, an official MCP server and webhooks so you hear about what happens in your account. The documentation, with examples, is in the developer portal.

Yes. Invoices come out as PDFs one by one or in bulk, and the full list as an Excel file for whichever period you choose. You can also read all of it through the API.
