Delivery notes and deliveries

Draft allows you to prepare and edit the delivery. Delivered means the delivery has been recorded and can be signed or converted into an invoice. Invoiced means an invoice is already linked. Cancelled closes the document.

Check the receipt signature separately. Delivered does not mean signed or paid.

Only drafts can be edited and only delivered notes can be converted into invoices. If it is invoiced, open the linked invoice.

Check the current status before retrying. Do not duplicate the delivery to bypass a restriction without checking the existing documents first.

A signature can be recorded on a delivered note. An existing signature cannot be overwritten.

Check the recipient, goods and quantities before collecting it. Resolve any mismatch with the actual delivery before requesting another signature.

Goods already deducted by linked delivery notes are not deducted again. If you add items or quantities those notes did not cover, the invoice can create movements for that portion.

Keep the link during conversion and review product history before adjusting manually. Movements require tracked items and configured inventory management. Manual lines and services do not create that stock departure.
