MCPInvoice from your AI
Factuarea

Who it is for

One tool, three ways to use it.

Invoicing alone, invoicing with a team and invoicing on behalf of other people are three different jobs, even when the document that comes out is the same. Here is what changes in each case, and what changes in none of them.

What changes is how much menu you get

The tool is the same for all three: the same invoices, the same record for the Spanish tax office, the same screen. What changes is the entries that show up in the menu and the limits of the plan that brings them.

What it does not bring: the draft of forms 303 and 130, which start on the next plan up. What it does bring is the quarter closed into a ZIP with every invoice as a PDF and a CSV index listing the net amount, VAT, withholding and surcharge of each one, which is what your accountant needs in order to file it.

Your business

9 entries

  • Sales invoices
  • Quotes
  • Clients
  • Products
  • Suppliers
  • Purchase invoices
  • PDF templates
  • AI assistant
  • VeriFactu

These are the entries each plan brings as standard in the app. Moving up a plan adds them, and there is no starting again in another account.

What does not change

Three sizes, one floor

Underneath the three profiles sit the same four things. They do not depend on the plan you pay for or on how many people log in with you, and they are what makes moving from one profile to another a change of plan rather than a change of tool.

  • Freelancer

  • Company

  • Accountant

The same base for all three

  • VeriFactu, on all three plans

There is no extra cost or communication cap beyond your plan's document allowance. Activate and configure the mode, upload a valid .p12 certificate and issued invoices generate their record.

  • Ten-day trial, no card

There is no free plan for ever: there is a full trial and, after it, a fee. We say so here so that nobody finds out on day eleven.

  • Your data leaves with you

The quarter as a ZIP of PDF invoices with its CSV index, clients and products as a spreadsheet, and the VeriFactu records as XML with their hashes.

  • You change plan, not tool

From one user to ten, or from one company to a whole portfolio, it happens inside the same account and without moving what you have already issued.

Accountants

When the books are not yours

Of the three, a practice is the only one that is not «the same thing but bigger». It does not run its own invoicing: it runs its clients', one by one, and needs to step in and out of each of them all day long.

  • You step into a client's account, work inside it and come back to your own without logging in again.

  • Your clients do not subscribe themselves: on Business, each active company is billed as a monthly seat separate from the main plan, with the charge shown before creation.

  • The same tax number cannot be added twice to your portfolio, so you never end up with two files for the same client.

  • A company you deactivate comes back whenever you want; one you archive does not. The difference is spelled out before you press.

Your practice

  • Client 1
  • Working asClient 2
  • Client 3
  • Client 4

One level only: a company in your portfolio cannot have a portfolio of its own.

Coming from another tool

Where you come from counts too

Switching tools is not frightening because of what you have to learn, but because of what you might lose on the way. Every comparison is written from there: what you take with you, what stays behind and when the other one suits you better.

The comparisons carry published prices and features checked on each company's own site, with the date of that check next to the figure. None of them says the other one is worse: they say what each one suits best.

The small print

Four things you will not find here

They are set large because they are what makes someone none of the three profiles. Finding out today costs less than finding out next month.

  1. Back to statement 1Factuarea works out the boxes of forms 303, 130 and 347 from your invoices and produces the file, but the tool itself marks it as a draft: filing with the tax office is still down to you or to your accountant. It does not prepare forms 390, 349 or 111.

  2. Back to statement 2It starts on the Empresario plan. On Emprendedor you get the period summary and the quarterly close: a ZIP of PDF invoices with a CSV index listing net amount, VAT, withholding and surcharge for each one.

  3. Back to statement 3There are no connectors and no accounting-format export. To pass data across you have the quarterly ZIP with its CSV index, which your accountant opens in a spreadsheet, and the VeriFactu records as XML.

  4. Back to statement 4There is a ten-day trial with no card and, after it, 9,90 € or 24,90 € a month; 6,90 € and 18,90 € if you pay for the whole year. Cancel whenever you want.

What people ask

Doubts all three share

No. The plan changes from inside your own account and there is no starting again somewhere else: issued invoices, clients and series stay where they were. The one thing worth deciding first is numbering, because a series code and format are fixed after its first document is issued.

Know which one you are?

Ten days with everything open, no card. If you pick the wrong plan, it changes from the inside.
