Do I lose my invoice numbering?

No. When you create the series you pick the number it starts at, so if you were on 234, here you carry on at 235. From then on the sequence only moves forward and never reuses a number, which is what the tax office requires.

Will my old invoices be sent to the tax office when I import them?

No. Invoices that come in as history generate no VeriFactu record and are not part of the filing to the tax office, and that is not a setting anyone can turn on. The ones you issue from here are.

Holded has an MCP server too. What is the difference?

Both let you restrict permissions, and Holded does not open the whole account without controls. In Holded, the API is on paid or trial plans and the monthly allowance runs from 500 calls on Plus to 100,000 on Premium. Factuarea includes it from Starter with 5,000 monthly calls. Business rises to 50,000 and concentrates invoicing operations.

What support will I have during the switch?

A person can guide you by phone or email, including migration and setup questions. Holded publishes help, webinars and tutorials for everyone, but places priority phone and email support on Advanced and Premium plans.
