Ask about clients, invoices, quotes, proformas, delivery notes, purchases or outstanding amounts.

Find a document and receive its public link to review or send it without searching through the dashboard.

Record payments, change statuses or prepare documents. Confirm and Cancel appear before Factuarea is updated.

When enabled, you can send voice notes, photos and PDF files to continue working from your phone.

Send a photo or PDF and review what was read
When document reading is enabled, the assistant extracts supplier, tax ID, number, date, lines and totals. It then shows you the operation before creating the purchase and attaching the original.
Nothing is saved without confirmation
If the supplier is missing, its creation is also proposed. The purchase and file are only added when you confirm.
